Delivery and shipping costs
We deliver within Germany from a minimum order value of € 19.95, for international orders the minimum order value is € 49.90. There are no shipping costs for deliveries within Germany or other States of the EU, regardless of the size or weight of your order.

We deliver to Germany, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finnland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Austria, Polen, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Czech Republic, Hungary and Cyprus.
Quick delivery
We will dispatch your order on the same working day, or the following working day at the latest.
You will receive your order within three working days.
You can use your own customer account to track the progress of your order, or you can use our shipping partner’s track and trace link.
You will be informed about the progress of your order by email. You can always access this in your customer account.
Tracking shipments
If the package has left our warehouse, you can track the delivery. You will automatically be sent an email containing the delivery number and a link to our shipping partner. You can use this link to check the delivery status for your order. If you have a nicowa customer account, you can track the progress of your order at any time.
Payments
We accept payment for orders by credit card (Visa/MasterCard), PayPal, Amazon Pay, Klarna and purchasing on account (subject to credit check).
Credit card payment
We accept VISA and MasterCard credit cards. If you wish to pay by credit card, please provide your name, credit card number, the three-digit security code, and the expiry date when placing your order. You will find the three-digit security code on the back of the credit card. As we do not save any credit card details, you will need to resubmit your credit card details for every order. For credit card payments, the account is debited when the goods are dispatched.
PayPal payments
If you wish to pay by PayPal, please select the relevant payment method during the ordering process. You will automatically be transferred to PayPal. Use your email address and your password to sign into PayPal and then follow the instructions. The goods will be sent as soon as the full invoice amount has reached our account.
Amazon Pay
If you use Amazon for your payments, you will be able to use the customer information you have stored at Amazon.de when purchasing online at our shop and you will not need to disclose your payment details. If you already have an Amazon.de customer account, you can pay immediately if you use the stored (direct debit or credit card) payment method. Select the "Amazon payment" button in the shopping basket and sign into your Amazon account. Then choose from your delivery addresses and payment methods and place your order. Your bank account or your credit card will only be debited when there is confirmation that the order has been delivered to your delivery address. Amazon Pay will not forward the payment details that are on file for your Amazon.de customer account, and there is also no need for you to provide these when placing your order. Purchasing on account
When purchasing on account, the billing and the delivery address must be identical and located within Germany. Payment is due for the invoice amount when the invoice is received. When paying the invoice amount, please quote the order number as the reference. When paying on account, Gute Marken Online GmbH will check and evaluate the information supplied by the customer. If there is a legitimate reason, Gute Marken Online GmbH will exchange data with credit agencies such as Creditreform Rosenheim Karl KG, Oberaustraße 14, 83026 Rosenheim.
Klarna
Invoice payments are handled entirely by Klarna. Unfortunately, we have no influence over the approval or rejection of invoice purchases. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact Klarna directly:

You have the possibility to choose between the following payment methods:
- KLARNA Invoice Purchase:Payment to Klarna is only required after receiving the goods. The invoice will be sent to you directly by Klarna via email. From the invoice date, you have 14 days to complete the payment.
- KLARNA Financing: With Klarna’s financing service, you have the option to pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least €6.95) or under the other conditions specified at checkout.
- KLARNA Pay in full:Pay for your purchase immediately after completing your order using your usual online banking details.
- KLARNA Direct Debit:Select the "Pay now" option at checkout. Then choose "Direct Debit" as your payment method. Finally, select your bank, log in – and that’s it. The amount will be automatically deducted from your account a few days later.
- KLARNA pay now: Here no restriction is necessary for you. You can select "Klarna – Pay now" at the checkout and must then fill out your bank details. The money will then be transferred directly.
- KLARNA pay later: The payment to Klarna is made after receipt of the goods. The invoice will then be sent to you by Klarna directly by e-mail. From the invoice date you have 14 days to pay it.
