You can reserve products by selecting the "ADD TO SHOPPING BASKET" button without making any commitment. You can view your shopping basket at any time by clicking on the shopping bag icon located at the top on the right. Products can be removed from the shopping basket by selecting the "DELETE" button. If you wish to purchase the products in your shopping basket, select the "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" button.
We offer a range of payment options. We accept payments through VISA and MasterCard credit cards, Amazon Pay, PayPal, payment on account, and prepayment.
We will dispatch your order on the same working day, or the following working day at the latest. If prepayment is selected, the delivery time will commence once the full invoice amount has been received.
Deliveries within Germany and Austria will not incur shipping costs if they have an order value of €39.95 or more. For an order of less than €39.95, there is a flat rate shipping fee of only €2.95, regardless of the size or the weight of your order. Deliveries to other countries will cost €5.95, regardless of the size or the weight of your order.
Yes you can. If you go to your customer account, you can check the progress of your order at any time. In addition, you can also track your consignment on the Internet when it leaves our dispatch warehouse. You will be sent an email containing the package number and a link to our shipping partner’s online portal for this purpose.
If you go to "My account", you can view all your orders and returns under the "Delivery information" menu item.
If part of your delivery is missing, first check your delivery note to see whether all the items have been listed, or whether there is a note stating that some of your order will be sent in another delivery. You have 14 days to cancel the contract and to return your order free of charge, and without providing a reason.
Details about returning your order are available on the returns label. There is a 14 day cancellation period, starting on the day that you or a third party – other than the carrier – designated by you receive the final goods. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel, you need to clearly notify us (for example, by sending us a letter, a fax or an email) about your decision to cancel this contract. The period only begins once a fully-completed notification of cancellation is received in writing. The cancellation does not need to be justified and can be submitted in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org or by returning the goods at our risk. Charges for gift packaging and postage are not refunded when returning goods. You will find further information in the cancellation policy.
You can place an order with us even if you do not have a customer account. For the delivery, we only need your personal details, the delivery address, and the billing address. It is easier to place an order at our online shop if you have a customer account. It helps you to maintain an overview of your orders. You can create a customer account here.
Protect your personal password and keep it in a safe place. If you should forget your password, you can request a new password by using the "FORGOTTEN PASSWORD" facility. The email will contain a link to our website where you can create a new password.
If you wish to redeem a voucher, please enter the corresponding code in the "VOUCHER" box when you are placing your order.
And this is how easy it is:
- Choose your item and add it to your shopping basket.
- Redeem your voucher by entering the code in the "Redeem voucher" box.
- Select "REDEEM" and the voucher amount will automatically be deducted from your order. The voucher code can only be used once and will no longer be valid once it has been redeemed.
With respect to validity and minimum sales value, please refer to the relevant redemption terms and conditions which are included on your voucher. Cash settlement and subsequent invoicing for previous orders is not possible. The voucher code should be entered during the order process in each case. Please note that our vouchers can only be redeemed once for each order or customer account.
Vouchers will not be paid out for any returns, or offset against the retained items on a pro rata basis.
