How can I redeem a voucher?

If you wish to redeem a voucher, please enter the corresponding code in the "VOUCHER" box when you are placing your order.
And this is how easy it is:

  1. Choose your item and add it to your shopping basket.
  2. Redeem your voucher by entering the code in the "Redeem voucher" box.
  3. Select "REDEEM" and the voucher amount will automatically be deducted from your order. The voucher code can only be used once and will no longer be valid once it has been redeemed.

Do I need a customer account?

You can place an order with us even if you do not have a customer account. For the delivery, we only need your personal details, the delivery address, and the billing address. Can I track my order?

Yes you can. If you go to your customer account, you can check the progress of your order at any time. In addition, you can also track your consignment on the Internet when it leaves our dispatch warehouse.
