Delivery and shipping costs
The prices stated on the product pages in the Onlineshop contain the statutory value added tax and other price components.
In general we deliver from a minimum order value of €19,95.
Delivery within Germany is free of charge. With every order there will be a small fee for insurance and packaging of € 0,99. For deliveries to Austria you will be charged with € 5,95.
We will dispatch your order on the same working day, or the following working day at the latest.
You will receive your order within three working days.
You can use your own customer account to track the progress of your order, or you can use our shipping partner’s track and trace link.
You will be informed about the progress of your order by email. You can always access this in your customer account.
If the package has left our warehouse, you can track the delivery. You will automatically be sent an email containing the delivery number and a link to our shipping partner. You can use this link to check the delivery status for your order. If you have a nicowa customer account, you can track the progress of your order at any time.
We accept payment for orders by credit card (Visa/MasterCard), PayPal, Amazon Pay, purchasing on account (subject to credit check) and prepayment.
Credit card payment
We accept VISA and MasterCard credit cards. If you wish to pay by credit card, please provide your name, credit card number, the three-digit security code, and the expiry date when placing your order. You will find the three-digit security code on the back of the credit card. As we do not save any credit card details, you will need to resubmit your credit card details for every order. For credit card payments, the account is debited when the goods are dispatched.
If you wish to pay by PayPal, please select the relevant payment method during the ordering process. You will automatically be transferred to PayPal. Use your email address and your password to sign into PayPal and then follow the instructions. The goods will be sent as soon as the full invoice amount has reached our account.
If you use Amazon for your payments, you will be able to use the customer information you have stored at Amazon.de when purchasing online at our shop and you will not need to disclose your payment details. If you already have an Amazon.de customer account, you can pay immediately if you use the stored (direct debit or credit card) payment method. Select the "Amazon payment" button in the shopping basket and sign into your Amazon account. Then choose from your delivery addresses and payment methods and place your order. Your bank account or your credit card will only be debited when there is confirmation that the order has been delivered to your delivery address. Amazon Pay will not forward the payment details that are on file for your Amazon.de customer account, and there is also no need for you to provide these when placing your order. Amazon Pay also offers you the same reliable guaranteed payment and security as Amazon.de. More information is available at payments.amazon.de
Purchasing on account
When purchasing on account, the billing and the delivery address must be identical and located within Germany. Payment is due for the invoice amount when the invoice is received. When paying the invoice amount, please quote the order number as the reference. When paying on account, Gute Marken Online GmbH will check and evaluate the information supplied by the customer. If there is a legitimate reason, Gute Marken Online GmbH will exchange data with credit agencies such as Creditreform Rosenheim Karl KG, Oberaustraße 14, 83026 Rosenheim.
If you wish to pay in advance, please transfer the invoice amount to the bank account listed below.
When making the transfer, please state your name and the order number as the reference. The order will be dispatched as soon as we receive the full invoice amount.
